Welcome to the "DoPrompt.ai" service. This Service Provision Regulation ("Regulation") sets out the general conditions, rules, and method of providing Services electronically by Simple Access Solutions sp. z o.o. based in Poznań, 61-806, ul. Święty Marcin 29/8 ("Service Provider") through the service available at https://doprompt.ai. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Regulation. Please read the Regulation carefully before using our Services.
**General Conditions**
1. The Service will be provided through the DoPrompt.ai service.
2. The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 16.
3. To use the full range of the Service, the User must accept the Regulation upon registration.
**Scope of Provided Services**
DoPrompt.ai is a portal aimed at fully supporting Polish companies in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), including AI implementation in the company, business process automation, AI consultations, or AI training.
1. Users can create an Account by registering at https://doprompt.ai/user/register. After registering, the User can use the Polish version of Chat AI based on various AI models such as GPT-3.5 or GPT-4. AI models are used in Chat using the so-called application programming interface (API), which means that the data entered into the chat window by the User are not used to train AI models.
2. By using the Polish Chat AI, the User can talk to AI, create tasks in various company departments, use ready-made instructions for AI (prompts), or create and edit their own. The history of the User's chats, including tasks and instructions, is stored on the portal to allow the User to freely return to their chats, tasks, and instructions at any time. Chats of the User or any content therein are not used by us to train our Chat AI.
3. The User obtains copyright to the content created by them on our portal.
4. Users can subscribe to our Newsletter to receive content related to the use of AI in the company.
**Conclusion of the Agreement**
1. The User and the Service Provider are parties to the Agreement.
2. The User enters into the Agreement with the Service Provider indefinitely by registering at https://doprompt.ai/user/register by providing the Username and Email address, setting the Password, and selecting "I confirm that I have read the data processing rules on the portal in accordance with the privacy policy and consent to the processing of my personal data and that I have read the portal's regulations and accept its content."
3. The Service Provider does not control or verify the User's data.
4. Registration on DoPrompt.ai is voluntary and free of charge.
5. If the User has problems with registration and/or logging in, they can contact the Service Provider via the Contact Form available at https://doprompt.ai/contact. The User accesses their Account using the Email address and Password.
**Termination of the Agreement**
5. This Agreement is terminated with immediate effect, without prior notice, if the User fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
6. The User may terminate the Agreement at any time without giving a reason. Account deletion is done by clicking the confirmation link in the email after the User cancels the Account on the page https://doprompt.ai/user
7. Along with the deletion of the Account, the history of the User's chats, including instructions, tasks, etc., is also deleted.
8. The User's data is removed from the DoPrompt.ai service after canceling the Account, but may still be stored for some time in a backup to consider any future claims. Data will be stored for the shortest time required by law.
**User Rights and Obligations**
9. The User may participate in improving the DoPrompt.ai service by submitting their feedback via the Contact Form available at https://doprompt.ai/contact
10. The User is obliged to provide a current and correct Email to properly manage their Account.
11. The User is obligated not to disclose their Account Password to any third party.
12. The User is responsible for all activities that occur on their Account. The User agrees to immediately notify of any unauthorized use of their Account or any other breach of security. The Service Provider will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the User's failure to comply with this requirement.
**Limitation of Liability of the Service Provider**
1. The Service Provider uses external AI models and therefore is not responsible for any interruptions in supply or disturbances, while making every effort to minimize such risk by redirecting the User's queries to other available AI models used by the Service Provider at that time, if possible.
2. The Service Provider is not responsible for any infringing use of the content contained or generated on the DoPrompt.ai portal, in particular, it has no influence on whether any entity will take or not take any action or actions.
